PWP have provided the North Leamington School , through Warwickshire
County Council, with a full £6m suite of Mechanical, Electrical
and Specialist services incorporating a wealth of environmentally
friendly features.
Adjudged BREEAM Excellent under the industry code of sustainable
buildings, the project includes an Energy Centre with a biomass
lead boiler, intelligent natural ventilation systems, heating and
domestic services, public health services, automatic lighting, power
systems, an extensive BMS system, external services, a voice and
data system and a new substation.
PWP also designed and installed extensive specialist system s
including fire alarms, CCTV, security and access control .
The new £32m school brings together all North Leamington
students together onto a single campus, to create an inspiring context
for 21 st century learning. The design concept is of a University
campus with separate buildings for each faculty.

Limited, commented: “PWP have shown outstanding flexibility in design,
co-ordination and installation procedures – and their in-house expertise
in fire, security and data systems has benefited the project from
the earliest stages through to practical completion. We look forward
