Marks & Spencer PLC

PWP have completed a distribution centre fit-out for one of the most well known brands in the UK, Marks and Spencer PLC. The project, valued at £3.2m, involved a total M&E design and build services fit-out of two, linked logistics facilities at Sheffield International Rail and Freight Terminal (SIRFT) totalling 647,000 sq ft (60,130m2).

This fast track design and installation of the warehouse and offices was completed ahead of schedule, resulting in signifiant savings for Marks and Spencer.

PWP tendered and were successful in providing ‘a compliant and best value’ bid for M&E and Security installations.

"Throughout the process they remained flexible in their approach and worked with us to value engineer the solution and identify saving opportunities whilst still providing high standard installations fit for purpose. Their flexible, helpful approach enabled us to deliver a challenging project on time and within budget. M&S would be pleased to recommend the services of PWP and will have no hesitation in engaging with them again when the opportunity arises."
